Quotes

Life is short, break the rules. Forgive quickly, kiss slowly. Love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that makes you smile. - Samuel Longhorne Clemens (Mark Twain)

Reaper BONES Sunday (and Wargods of Olympus)

The rewards for my participation in the Reaper Kickstarter arrived on Thursday. Its been so busy that I didn't have time to really get the box open and snap a few pictures till Saturday and this morning may be my only chance to post them. There have already been a lot of Vampire Pledge opening threads and posts out there so I didn't really focus on that. I didn't get a lot of add ons either, mostly giants, the red Pathfinder Dragon, the Jabborwock and, of course, Kaladrax.
But before I move on to the Reaper BONES pictures I need to put in one last plug for Wargods of Olympus.
The Crocodile Games; Wargods of Olympus closes out today. I still need to get my pledge in or at least decide to pledge. I may have to buy a whole new wardrobe for work this week so I may have to skip this one, which is killing me at this point. They blasted through a number of levels yesterday including unlocking Helen of Troy at the $125,000 level. If you have been on the fence with this one I recommend that you get over there and jump in. Wargods of Olympus

Here is some concept art for Helen of Troy (which should be stunning Fitz does amazing work Sculpting females) and the final stretch goal; Medusa.

And now on to the BONES:

    1. Chin up they are coming. Bryan is in this weekend with volunteers to start parrying down the really big orders.

    2. But not to me. Because I missed the kickstarter. And I've been kicking myself over it ever since.

    3. Oh, now I understand. There have been a couple that I have missed or had to pass on. Those are tough when you see the rewards finally getting out there.

  2. Nice I saw my box on the tracker in my town at 6am on Saturday but they didn't get it in with enough time to get it on the truck it seems. So now I have to wait until Monday after work to see if it shows and that is assuming my wife is home when they show up! ARG!

    1. Well UPS just left it on my doorstep. I don't think they even bothered to knock since I know both my boys were at home when they arrived. It must be nail biting though knowing its right there at the UPS facility. I was fortunate that my tracking came through on the 25th and was delivered on the 27th, so I had an extra work day available in case something went wrong the first time.

    2. You know you can actually go down to the facility, if they have it in the building, and pick it up there. Assuming they have Saturday hours.

    3. I think the store is open on Saturday for sure but you would definitely have to call ahead to make sure someone could pull it for you. The 11 hour drive kind of curtails a direct pick up for me. I could have picked up my vampire portion in April but there was not room in the suitcase.

  3. It's enough to make the heart go pitter patter isn't it. The excitement on the blogosphere and on forums is palpable. I'm just waiting for them to put it all in the Online Store. A lot of it is on the Preview Page and slated for July release and I'm hoping early July, not late July!

    1. Well, its likely to be later July. However, I need to go through some emails and pull some stuff for you. I guess I'll have to open all those little plastic bags after all.
